These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT SET BIU RAM regarding your access to and use of the Arkee mobile application and any related services.

1. About the Application

Arkee is a mobile browser and content aggregation platform designed to provide users with efficient access to web information and media resources. The core functionalities of the Service include:

• Web Browsing: Providing a fast and secure environment for users to access and navigate the World Wide Web.
• Content Aggregation: Collecting and indexing publicly available search results and video resources from various third-party sources for user convenience.
• AI Tool Box: Offering productivity tools to enhance the user experience.
• Browsing Tools: Bookmarking, search history, browsing history, and quick search access to manage your online activities.

Please be aware that Arkee acts solely as a technological tool and intermediary service. We do not host, own, or create the content accessible through our search or aggregation features. All such content remains the intellectual property of its respective third-party providers.

2. Account and login

• Registration: You may be required to register an account to access certain personalized features of Arkee. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any actions taken through your account are deemed to be your own.
• Security: You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account. The Developer is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

8. Limitation of Liability

The application developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App. Although we strive to ensure service reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

9. Agreement Modifications

The application developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of this App indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

10. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the user's jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of this App complies with the legal requirements of their region.

11. Cloud Storage Service ("Arkee Cloud")

Arkee provides a “Cloud” feature that allows you to save and organize links to videos, articles, and web pages you find while browsing. This feature is presented with a storage‑style interface (including space indicators, folders, and playback options) for easy management.

• What we store: When you save an item to your Cloud Collection, we store only the link (URL), title, thumbnail, and any metadata or folder labels you create.
• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the links you save do not violate any applicable laws or third‑party rights. Arkee does not endorse or guarantee the availability of any third‑party content linked from your collection.
• Data loss: Arkee takes reasonable measures to protect your link collection, but we cannot guarantee against accidental loss or corruption. You are encouraged to keep your own record of important links.

By using the Cloud Collection feature, you acknowledge that you understand it is a link‑saving and organization tool, not a traditional file hosting service.

By using the Arkee browser, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this User Agreement.
